1. Do you have a newsletter?
Yes - Although it's more of a handy notifications service! If you are on my current mailing list you will be the first to know when I launch new collections, major updates to the website and any exciting news, features and events. If you would like to be added to my list please email me at jules@charmnecklaces.co.uk with "Newsletter Subscription" in the subject heading.
2. Can I be taken off the mailing list?
Yes, please email me at jules@charmnecklaces.co.uk, with "Please Unsubscribe Me" in the subject heading.
1. Can I order by email or telephone?
All orders can now be placed using the online shopping cart system. However if you have a specific question about an order please email me at jules@charmnecklaces.co.uk. I do not accept telephone orders.
2. Can I buy more than one necklace and bracelet?
Yes of course you can, please fill up your cart and at the end it will calculate the total including postage and packaging.
3. Do you accept all major credit and debit cards?
Yes - through the shopping cart system, it accepts; Visa, Master Card, Maestro, Solo and more. You can use Paypal and soon Google Checkout.
4. Can I pay using a personal cheque or bank transfer?
If you would prefer not to use the shopping cart system, please feel free to contact me and I will let you know the best course of action. jules@charmnecklaces.co.uk
5. Can I order any extras ?
Yes you can, in the shopping cart there will be an option to remind you of the silver chain lengths to order. You can order more than one, the prices of which will be shown. If you would like a gift box or more than one, please indicate this on the shopping cart.
1. How much does it cost to send?
All orders are sent Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery so we can track all packages online. It costs £2.75 to mainland UK, £3.75 (€5.25) to Europe Recorded and £4.75 ($9.50) Recorded to the US.
2. Do you post to Europe and Worldwide?
Yes - It is all handled automatically through my shopping cart system. Please email me if you in a country not currently available. jules@charmnecklaces.co.uk
3. How long will my package take to arrive?
Items are posted within 24 hours of order confirmation on weekdays. For UK, it should arrive within 1-3 working days. If you experience problems please let me know. As I use Recorded Delivery so items can be tracked.
4. Which address should I supply?
On the address page of the shopping cart, please specify an address where you or someone else will be able sign for the package.
1. Can I return an item for a refund?
Of course. I have a no quibble returns policy. If you are unhappy with your necklace when it arrives you may return it for a full refund. It must be posted back within 7 days by Recorded Delivery in exactly the condition it arrived. Once I've received and checked the item you will be refunded by your original payment method.

Please note: I do not cover the cost of returning an item, you will have to pay this yourself. Please only return it in the condition you received it in. If the item has changed or been damaged I will not be able to offer a refund.
